Tibetan Singing Bowls
Tibetan Singing Bowls have been used for centuries as meditation tools. Traditionally hand-hammered of seven metals in a special alloy, they are a wonderful addition to an alter, used to purify a room with sound energies, in healing the body using toning, or used as a gong or hammer bell. We often use a bowl to clear energies at the beginning of ceremonies.
All of our bowls are tested to ensure even tones and purity of sound. The walls on these bowls are extra thick, to provide a resonance that will last for many minutes after the bowl has been rung. Heavier than most bowls, these are easy to make sing.
Because each bowl is hand-made, the size varies somewhat, (plus or minus .5 inch). Included with each is a wooden striker, used to ring the bowl or to make it sing by running the striker along the edge of the bowl. We also have stands of various sizes.

Tripod Stands These carved stands provide an attractive and practical resting place for your bowl. You can ring the bowl while it is on the stand, which makes it easier for some to ring the bowl more clearly. Carved from a single piece of wood, there are three sizes available.
