There are a lot of things that excite me about dentistry: the ability to give patients the dental care they need, deserve, and desire, regardless of the procedure, and having the clinical skills to provide it at a high standard that I believe will exceed expectations. I love the challenges and triumphs, and I look forward to seeing the beautifully unique smiles of all our patients! I love working with my hands and I am so passionate about helping others. I wanted to create my own culture, where I could do what I am passionate about, right here in my hometown. Dentistry is a great fit, and I truly feel so blessed that coming to ‘work’ doesn’t feel like work at all! I am very active in continuing education and believe it is a vital component of providing excellent clinical care, as well as supporting a dental experience that exceeds expectations. This is a one of the core philosophies of Big Sky Smile Center; as a result, the entire team participates in multiple continuing educational opportunities each year to help with our goal of offering the best and most compassionate care while exceeding patient expectations. Continuing education keeps our practice at the forefront of the evolving field of dentistry, but it also brings the team together to understand the overall practice vision for our patients—our dental family. I love the diversity that general dentistry brings and the ability to utilize continuing education to do more complex procedures that traditionally cannot be done in Miles City, and in some cases, across Eastern Montana. Apart from my time away pursuing my education, I have a great love and appreciation for my hometown and its people and the people of Eastern Montana. I have supported local sports via my roles as a Little Guy Football referee, Miles City Generals hockey coach and board member, Custer County District High School volunteer tennis coach, member of the Miles City chapter of Rotary International, and active member of Milestown Community Improvement, Inc. Through such involvement, I have formed many acquaintanceships, friendships, and partnerships with Eastern Montana residents. Since the people are the heart of Eastern Montana and the focus of my dental practice, I look forward to serving their dental care needs! I have a son named Jackson, born in 2008, and a daughter, Adelyn, born in 2012. They keep me on my toes and I am blessed beyond belief to be their father! When I’m not in the office, I enjoy coaching my kids in their various sporting events, golfing, watching baseball, coaching hockey or high school tennis, or simply enjoying the beautiful Miles City evenings on my patio! Life is very busy, but extremely rewarding and fun! I praise God for blessing me so richly with loving friends and family, an excellent, one-of-a-kind dental family, and a great place to call home – Eastern Montana! Keep Smiling!
